Have you placed a $50 or more Stampin' Up! order yet to get your FREE Sale-a-bration product? If so, did you choose the Outlined Occasions stamp set?
Before I go on, do you know what Sale-a-bration is? Sale-a-bration is a special time of the year with Stampin' Up! For every $50 in Stampin' Up! merchandise order totals (before shipping and sales tax), you get your choice of one of the 20 Sale-a-bration products! How cool is that? I love FREE!
The variety of those choices range from limited-edition stamp sets to embossing folders and so much more! Of the 20 selections, 10 are limited edition and available only from January 24 – March 31, 2012. Come April 1, you will not be able to receive a free Sale-a-bration product with even a $100 order.
The Outlined Occasions stamp set wasn't my first choice of the limited-edition stamp set choices, but playing with it has changed how I look at this stamp set. While it is an outline stamp set, it is quick to color with the Stampin' Write Markers.
My love card below was quickly colored in with the Rose Red and Pretty in Pink Stampin' Write Markers.
After that, I just kept having fun. Like the embossed bottom of the Whisper White Note Card? It was done with the hearts folder from the Adorning Accents Embossing Folders featured in the 2012 Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog.
My card got a touch of dazzle from the Dazzling Details glitter glue. So quick and easy to use. Look at that shimmer. It is so much fun to hold the card and turn it so the light hits it and shines like diamonds.
