Do you like when someone recognizes you when have done your job well? Stampin' Up! is excellent at not just recognizing it but rewarding it too. Just one more reason I love being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!
The first picture is the 2012-2013 Stampin' Up! Catalog title benefit bundle I received for being a Manager. The bundle includes Betsy's Blossoms stamp set, Betsy's Blooms Wheel, Floral District Designer Series Paper, 2012-2014 Stampin' Write Markers, and Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon.
All of that was free! Stampin' Up! started the title bundles last year with the 2011-2012 Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog. They said it was to help us defer the cost of demonstrating new products. How great is that Stampin' Up! is helping their leaders grow their businesses even more?
With each new catalog release, those who have achieved different title ranks receive either a product bundle discount, a free product bundle or even up to three product bundles. The title bundles are largely in part due to recruiting other women who also would like to have their own stamping businesses by becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
The second picture is the Sale-a-bration product bundle I received for my first recruit during Sale-a-bration. The bundle includes the Make a Cake stamp set, Itty Bitty Banners stamp set, Patio Party Designer Series Paper and 1/4" Whisper White Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon.
Do you like being recognized and rewarded for doing your job well too? Like I wrote earlier in the post, achieving a title with Stampin' Up! is largely based on your recruiting other stamping business owners.
Recruiting is so much more than getting free product bundles. It helps you grow your business quicker than you can trying to do it all on your own steam. Is recruiting other business minded Stampin' Up! Demonstrators something you would like to do too if you knew how?
When you decide to start your new stamping business with me, I will give you the steps you need. You will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to invite other women. Also, no need to be concerned you do not know enough to help someone else when you are new yourself. I have systems in place ready to assist you and your recruits.
If you would like to have a leader who can help you grow your new stamping business by recruiting and in the different avenues to earn an income, I encourage you to join my next Stampin' Up! Opportunity Night Call to learn more. Call in from the comfort of your home!
