This handmade card with the Stampin' Up! Oh, Hello stamp set and Stampin' Up! Tea for Two Designer Series Paper will have them saying "Well, hello there!". You will politely say "thank you" and smiling to yourself because it was so easy to make.
Easy to make when you have the supplies. As mentioned above, the stamp set is the Stampin' Up! Oh, Hello stamp set. The pretty background paper is one of the patterns Two for Tea Designer Series Paper, both from the the 2013 Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog.
The attractive scalloped rectangle was made with the Scallop Rectangle Clearlits Die (40% off while supplies last!) in my Sizzix Big Shot Die-Cut Machine. The great thing about Clearlits Dies is that I did all the stamping, centered the clear die over the card stock and then ran it through my Big Shot. It is so much easier to center the die over the stamping instead of trying to center on an already die-cut piece of card stock. See, I told you this card was easy to make. :) I will list the ink pad colors lower in this post.
There are a couple of Stampin' Up! accessories gives the handmade card those "little extras" I often write about. The ribbon is the 3/8" Lucky Limeade Ruffled Ribbon (sure to be on the Retiring Accessories List to be released on April 24, 2013).
Along the bottom of the Oh, Hello card are three Basic Pearl Jewels for the finishing touch. There are more than pretty, they add balance to the card design. Doesn't it feel like they simply belong there?
