This adorable bunny from the single Stampin’ Up! Easter Bunny Stamp is dancing with joy. Candy also has plenty of humans doing a little happy dance too. 🙂
The dancing bunny was cut out from the rest of the stamp so he could be used for this sweet Easter treat holder. He was watercolored with Smoky Slate, Pink Pirouette and Wild Wasabi Classic Stampin’ Pad ink. He was then cut out with the Paper Snips. Those little scissors are incredible for detail cutting such as this.
The holder is two tags made with the Ornate Tag Topper Punch. Why two instead of one long piece punch on both ends? The reason is I wanted to emboss the cardstock. Embossing is a quick and easy way to dress up a project. Embossing Folders are not long enough to emboss the full length needed. But, that’s okay, we’ve got Mini Glue Dots to hold the two tags together.
The Mini Glue Dots came in handy to also adhere the bunny to the front and to secure the candy to the inside of the holder.
Basic Gray Baker’s Twine holds the two tags together at the top while looking good and coordinating with the gray bunny. Pink and gray is always a winning combination.

Stamping Smiles,
The Happy Easter Bunny Stamp is from the 2015 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog. He’s available to order through June 2, 2015. Chances are very slim if he’ll be available after that. Single stamps rarely, if ever, carry over into a new Stampin’ Up! catalog.
