The idea for my snowflake cookie cutter ornament came from the annual town craft show last year.
At one booth there was a Christmas tree decorated with cookie cutters. A really cute idea that was begging to be turned into a work of art.

What the background would look like took a bit of time to get there. Without a doubt snowy hills were a must. As well as, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter that is just like sun shining on fresh fallen snow.
