Here’s the skinny on the new Classic Stampin’ Pads case design – they are a bit thinner and a smidge shorter. The pad size that is easy to use and we love is the same size. The photo to the left shows the difference in length.
The photo to the right shows off the sleek and compact design. An added bonus to the new Classic Stampin’ Pads case design is they are now stackable. That isn’t true with the current case.
The new Classic Stampin’ Pads open a bit differently too.
Instead of pushing to open as you do with the current pad case, with the new style Classic Stampin’ Pad, you will lift open the pad and then slide it into place.
Will the new sleek style pad fit into the Color Caddy? It will. I use my Color Caddy to also store my VersaMark and Tuxedo Black Memento ink pads. Stampin’ Up! stated just not to turn it quickly. Not a problem. Fully loaded, you’re not whipping it around anyway. 🙂
What I really wanted to know was how well do they stamp? Beautifully! The full coverage we’ve come to expect and appreciate, including with solid stamps.
The new style pad case will be available to order starting June 1, 2018, in my online store.
Remember, some of the exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors are retiring and, therefore, will not be available in the new Classic Stampin’ Pads case design.
Click HERE to see the colors that are retiring. Retiring cardstock colors are available only while supplies last. Individual retiring ink pad and refill colors are guaranteed to be available to order up to May 7, 2018. They will then also become available only while supplies last, or May 31, whichever comes first.
Order retiring colors now in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com!
