Have you heard the news? Stampin’ Up! is coming out with unmounted stamps that will stick to your acrylic blocks like crazy! But, watch my video tutorial for tips BEFORE you apply the new Stampin’ Up! cling stamp labels for the first time.
Click to watch my before you apply the new Stampin’ Up! cling stamp labels tutorial here if the video is not loading for you.
Follow the tips in the tutorial to have rubber stamps that cling to your clear-mount blocks while inking, stamping and cleaning. Slow down when removing from the acrylic blocks as shown until it becomes like second nature to you.
Cling stamp sets will first become available in the 2019 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog and 2019 Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration brochure. I’ve rarely had any difficulty with the clear-mount stamps clinging to my acrylic blocks but am thrilled for anyone who has they will now have rubber stamps that cling like no one’s business.

Thank you for a great video!
You’re welcome!
Shelly, save the sheet that the labels come off of, you can use it to replace your stamp onto, with it’s cling attached, and it won’t stick to the storage case. For the same reason, that care is taken, when peeling of the acrylic blocks!
I really like your tip on applying the cling to the stamps! Better than SU’s!
Thank you!
That’s an idea certainly worth trying. You’re welcome!
Thank you, thank you for this video, Shelly! I am totally a clutz applying labels by SU’s recommended way. Lining them up exactly just doesn’t happen. I have removed the stamp from the rubber sheet and then used your method of peeling off just half the paper and lining up the label but that is also a challenge to get correct. I’ll give your way a try. It looks like that is the answer for me. BTW, I also learned the hard way not to let the sticky side fold over. LOL!
You’re welcome!
OMGOODNESS!!!!!! I wish I had seen this just a few minutes earlier! I just attached literally at least 30 stickers to stamps. Not so pretty, lol.
Thanks you for sharing!!
