Card Crew gives me the opportunity to teach new techniques. Every month there are three projects. Typically it will be two greeting cards and a CD calendar page for the following month.
November Turkey Calendar with the Large Oval Punch and Pick a Petal.
The second stamping project was the new technique I learned at the Philadelphia Regional Stampin' Up!® Seminar. The technique used to create this background is Vitalized Vellum. To do this cool technique you need three coordinating Craft Stampin' Pads® and Vellum Card Stock. Start with the lighest color and rub all over your Vellum Card Stock. Repeat with the second darkest color, leaving some of the first color showing. Repeat second step. Stamp as desired. Solid stamps work best, such as Autumn Fest in the card below.
The third project used the beautiful Stem Silhouettes from the Holiday Mini Collection 2007.
