Due to technical difficulties (computer crash), I wasn't able to post for over a week. :( I am trusting the worst of the computer crash is behind us. Bless my husband for the long, frustrating hours he put into getting me up and going again.
Here is another card with A Cardinal Christmas from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog 2008.
Wanting to give my customers an alternative to watercoloring this beautiful cardinal, I designed the card above. It was quite simple. First I inked the cardinal in Real Red Classic Ink and then misted the rubber side of the stamp. I then stamped the watery image.
After using the Heat Tool to dry my paper, I then inked the cardinal in Basic Black and stamped a bit off center. That is it! Through in some tearing, splatters of black ink from the Color Spritzer Tool, and add some gorgeous ribbon for a festive Christmas card.
