Stampin’ Up! Antiqued Puns from the Past

Puns from the Past is right up my alley.  Puns and dry humor crack me up.  This card is sure to "perk up" the one receiving it.

I used the Bella Rose Designer Series Paper.  The gingham and faded edges helped to give it the distressed, aged look but it needed more assistance to achieve the look I was going for.  To distress the designer paper, I rubbed Creamy Caramel Classic Ink on a Stamping Sponge across the designer paper.  Some areas I added more ink than others to add to the distressed look.  I was happy with the results.
