So you can see just how easy the Circle Scissor Plus is to use, I made a video to share with you. You will also see in this video a quick card I made using my cut-out circles from the Circle Scissor Plus, Stampin' Pastels and A Little Birdie Told Me stamp set.
It is highly recommended you use the Circle Scissor Plus with the Glass Mat. Rubber mats will dull your cutting blades. The Glass Mat lets the cutting blade glide over it for a nice, clean cut.
