A Flower for All Seasons is a pretty, little set of four stamps. The stamp with the bird and tulips was just perfect for my April CD calendar. This is my fifth year doing these calendars and just when you think you will never be able to come up with another fresh idea, a pretty stamp set like this appears.
The colors I used are Lavender Lace, Sage Shadow, Barely Banana and Whisper White for the card stock. Additional colors used to watercolor with the Aqua Painter are Close to Cocoa and Bashful Blue. I stamped "Easter Wishes" from All Holidays in Garden Green.
To soften the calendar, I used the 3/16" Corner Rounder Punch on all the corners except the top corners. Not sure why, it just felt and looked right to me.
The ribbon that coordinates so beautifully is the Sage Shadow 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon. My calendar needed some balance, that is when I added the Antique Brass Jumbo Eyelet with more Sage Shadow Ribbon.
