Stampin’ Smiles Fifth Avenune Floral and Deal of the Week Mini Library Clips

The Stampin' Up! Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set is right up my alley.  Isn't this rose just gorgeous?!

I stamped the rose in Basic Black ink on Whisper White card stock.  I watercolored it with So Saffron Ink Refill.  To watercolor with the refills, I put a few drops in the lid of the same color ink pad.  I then use my Aqua Painter to color.  The ink refill allows me to dilute the ink into several depths of color.  It makes shading so easy!

After cutting out the rose with my handy dandy Paper Snips, I added a Mini Library Clip with a bit of Black Gingham Ribbon to the tip of my rose.

The Mini Library Clips each have a small clip you can slip some ribbon or paper into.  I just love office supplies.  The baby clip is so cute!
