Stampin' Smiles Holiday Lounge Designer Series Paper Christmas

The retro Holiday Lounge Designer Series Paper includes the Stampin' Up! colors Taken with Teal, Ruby Red, Sahara Sand and Basic Gray.

Don't you love how the two pages come together to make the tree? The Christmas tree was easy to make. I started with two strips of 4" x 12" of the Holiday Lounge Designer Series Paper (115676). On a piece of 4" x 12" of card stock, I hand drew half of a Christmas tree as a template. I traced my template onto the Holiday Lounge Paper. Be sure to turn the template over to get the opposite side of the tree.

My Christmas tree then needed some ornaments. I first punched a bunch of 1/2" circles out of Brushed Silver card stock. The tones just did not look right. The Brushed Gold card stock (102935) was the hands-down winner.

My scrapbook title, Tree-mendous Blessings, was stamped with the Contempo Alphabet.

My small accent pieces, trees, bird and joy, are Sizzix Sizzlits. The trees and bird are from the Merry Details Sizzlit from the 2009 Holiday Mini Catalog. Did you know you can still order all the Sizzix products from the Holiday Mini Catalog? You can recreate these pages!

The "joy" is from the Joyful Sizzlits in the 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog.

The Christmas tree with the Holiday Lounge Paper is the huge attraction to the pages. But, the little accents are what let it shine.

My title is stamped with Taken with Teal Classic Ink (103257) on Sahara Sand card stock (106531). The two pieces of Sahara Sand card stock measure 8-1/2" x 1-1/4" and 5-7/8" x 1-1/4". I used the 3/16" Corner Rounder punch (109047) to round my title corners.

My photo mats are 4-1/4" x 6-1/4" Sahara Sand card stock (106531). The first page has two additional mats. The second is Taken with Teal (101584) measuring 4-1/2" x 6-1/2". The largest Sahara Sand card stock mat is 5" x 7".
