It uses the new Stampin' Up! products from the Occasions Mini Catalog, I [Heart] Hearts and Well Scripted stamp sets, and free Sale-a-bration products, Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper pack and Scallop Trim Border Punch.
The sweet little hearts in the designer paper dictated my colors: Mambo Melon and Pretty in Pink. I stamped the large dotted heart 
from I [Heart] Hearts stamp set in Melon Mambo. Also stamped in Melon Mambo is the "love you much" 
greeting from the Well Scripted stamp set.
I stamped the little love heart stamp 
in Pretty in Pink Classic Ink and punched it out with the Small Heart Punch. 
The card dimensions are colors are
Pretty in Pink: 4-1/4" x 11"
Melon Mambo: 4-1/4" x 4-1/2"
Whisper White: 2" x 4-1/4" and a scrap piece to stamp small heart and punch out
Welcome Neighbor "Pretty in Pink Hearts on Melon Mambo" Designer Series Paper: 2" x 4-1/4"
Add some interest to your card with a Stampin' Dimensional behind the punched out small love heart and Pretty in Pink 5/8" Satin Ribbon tied just over top of the Scallop Trim Border Punch decorative edge.
