Have you ever printed on vellum card stock? I thought it might easily smear or take forever to dry. Neither was true! And, it isn't because my printer is fancy. It is an inexpensive Lexmark. I gave it a whirl because I wanted to keep the sheer look of the vellum card stock snowflakes on my scrap book pages.
Simple pages in a pretty color combination – Brocade Blue, Lavender Lace and Night of Navy. Don't you just love the lavender with the blues? A refreshing change.
I used the Tearing Edge for the uniform torn edge of both the Lavender Lace and Night of Navy card stock. With the Tearing Edge, you have two choices of torn edges, one is a finer edge than the other. I used the finer edge.
I used the Anywhere Glue Sticks to adhere the snowflakes to the pages. It practically invisible when it dries! Finding an adhesive for vellum that would not show through used to be a difficult, and sometimes maddening, task. No more with either the Anywhere Glue Sticks or Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive.
Again, simple pages that will let your winter photos be the center of attention.
