Did you think the Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper (free Sale-a-bration item) was mostly designs of houses and clouds? There are some, but there are so many other designs to choose from in the 48 patterns, as you can see in my card. My card also uses the Vintage Labels stamp set (another free Sale-a-bration item!). Love free!
The pretty scalloped circle image and Best Wishes is from the Vintage Vogue stamp set. The scalloped circle fit perfectly into the Scallop Circle Punch to be punched out with a little border around it. Sure beats hand cutting! Much neater and a huge time saver.
