Smooch Spritz and Stampin’ Up! Baroque Motifs Card by Stampin’ Smiles

Loving the sample card on page 12 of the Stampin' Up! 2010 Summer Mini Catalog, I wanted to try out the technique.  

Using the Baroque Motifs stamp set, I embossed with Clear Embossing Powder on Rose Red card stock.  I then sprayed on the Gold Glow Smooch Spritz.  The Smooch Spritz does not cling the embossed image revealing the Rose Red card stock surrounded by all that pretty gold!  Whatever Smooch Spritz is sprayed onto the embossed image, simply wipe off with a tissue.

My card stock color and sizes are

Rose Red:  5" x 10" and 3" x 3"

Basic Black:  3-1/8" x 3-1/8"

I cut my card to fit the Medium Square Envelopes.  It is just one of those things, but I do not care for a card in an ill-fitted envelope.  The Medium Square Envelopes allow for a mailable square card.
