Wanting to play with my favorite stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog, French Foliage, I stamped and cut out ten of the same leaf in five different colors: Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede, Elegant Eggplant, Always Artichoke and Cajun Craze.
I then arranged them in a circle to make my fall wreath. The base of my card is Cajun Craze with a layer of Soft Suede card stock.
My pretty bow is made from the 1/8" Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon. Don't you like how delicate it is? It does not overpower the leaf wreath. My bow is attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
After the pretty bow was added, there was still plenty of room for a greeting stamp along the bottom. My new stamp set Curly Cute was stamped with Soft Suede Classic Ink on the Soft Suede card stock layer.
