Having just made a birthday card for my little brother's birthday, with birthdays on my mind, I started to think about birthstones. I remember December's stone being a dark blue, but I also discovered that turquoise is also the December birthstone.
So, always thinking Stampin' Up!, I do not read it as turquoise, it is Tempting Turquoise. Do you also think in Stampin' Up! colors? A friend always describes colors to me in terms of Stampin' Up! colors. It is great because I always know the exact shade she is talking about.
Anyway, speaking of Tempting Turquoise, I decided to see what color combinations the Color Coach put together.
The first is the Sweet Set: Pumpkin Pie, Rich Razzleberry and Tempting Turquoise
The second combination is the Creative Combination: Tangerine Tango, Real Red and Tempting Turquoise
Neither of these color combinations are in my usual color combinations. So I now feel challenged to create a card with one of the combinations. I will work on that and post my card on Friday.
