Do you like receiving cards with a coordinating, decorated envelope? It is easy to do. But, let me give you a heads up – try to do it while all the card making supplies, ink pads and rubber stamps, are still out. Because I love a decorated envelope, I can't tell you how many times I had to drag it all out a second time just for a little something on the envelope. It is worth it though, just another one of those little touches that take your handmade card up a notch.
Check out how Godby With Us Stamper, Dian Talcott, decorated the front of her envelope with the Christmas Lodge stamp set.
But, look at what I found when I turned it over to open the card.
Most definitely a nice extra touch!
The pine bough stamp used on the back of the envelope is also from the Stampin' Up! Christmas Lodge stamp set. The Christmas Lodge stamp set is a limited-edition item from the 2011 Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog.
