I Heart Hearts is more than a Valentine Day's stamp set. Even though my hand-stamped card below is a Valentine's Day card, the set of different sizes and shapes of hearts can be used for many different occasions. One of my croppers made a charming scrapbook page of her niece with the Stampin' Up! I Heart Hearts stamp set in colors not traditional for Valentine's Day.
In the corners, I added some stamped flourish that coordinates with the heart. The flourishes are from the Stampin' Up! Tiny Tags stamp set.
Not only is I Heart Hearts retiring, so is the beautiful Real Red Satin Ribbon used on this card. It is so soft you cannot help but touch it, yet it ties easily into pretty bows. It is sad to see our beautiful Satin Ribbon being discontinued from the Stampin' Up! product line. The good news is that it is available to order but only while supplies last. Isn't it fun how the Be Mine was stamped right onto the Designer Series Paper? Then the Red Glimmer Paper pops off the page with the red background paper behind it. The green stem and leaves also stand out nicely against the red background paper too.
There is only one Valentine stamp set in the 2012-2013 Stampin' Up! Catalog. It will be a good while before we see what Stampin' Up! has in store for us in either the 2012 Holiday Catalog or 2013 Occasions Catalog.
