Do you remember the now retired Stampin’ Up! Treat Yourself stamp set? What a great stamp set! It was fun filling the gumball machine with the images included with the stamp set or anything else you could imagine. And, it had some great greetings including “Treat yourself to a wonderful day!”
Notice the cupcake bottom? The half circle stamp is so you make it into a coffee mug and use the “whole latte love” greeting. There is steam for the coffee mug too.
Or, use the same stamp and fill it with poporn or peanuts for a bag full of “munch love!”
Why am I writing about a retired Stampin’ Up! stamp set? A cheerful card I recently received from a new Stamping Smiles Hassle-Free Cards subscriber was made with theat very same stamp set.
The popcorn in the gumball machine looks great. But, you need to see what the stamper did with the popcorn.
It was not easy to capture, but you can see on some of the popcorn in the machine some shimmer and glimmer. That was definitely the finishing touch on this handmade greeting card. It, indeed, help for a wonderful day as I love pretty mail!
After admiring the handmade card, I remembered on of the stampers I have listed retired Stampin’ Up! stamp sets for had one for sale. It is just one of the over 150 retired stamp sets listed waiting to go to a new home.
