Stampin' Up! Rain or Shine card for the Stamping Smiles February

Some bright and cheerful colors for my February Virtual Stamp Club class projects. Between Christmas and Valentine's Day cards and gifts, there has been a lot of red. Red is great, but it is time to enjoy and craft with some softer, spring-like colors.
