This 2013 Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration card idea is just one colorful collision at the intersection of the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration Madison Avenue stamp set, Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper and Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack. The Sale-a-bration road has been long, but it will end at the stroke of midnight on March 22, 2013!
The flower/decorative stamp is from the free Madison Avenue stamp set (a free Sale-a-bration product!) and was stamped three times in the colors of Rich Razzleberry, Pool Party and Tangerine Tango. Then each stamped flower was given a button of the same color for the center. The buttons are all from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack (free Sale-a-bration product!).
Each flower is then layered onto an embossed piece of card stock of the same color. The card stock was embossed with the Vine Street Embossing Folder (free Sale-a-bration product!). It has the same design as the background paper behind. The background paper is from the Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper (a free Sale-a-bration choice!).
The "Thinking of You" greeting from the Curly Cute stamp set was inked with Stampin' Write Markers of the three colors mentioned above and Summer Starfruit. The mix of colors on the greeting brought the colors of the paper and flowers together in a whimsical way.
When the 2013 Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration started, it was easy to think that you have plenty of time because the promotion goes for two months.
