You are reading this correctly, not clear mount, CLEAR stamps! Starting today, March 1, 2013, the very first Stampin' Up! clear stamp set, Designer Typeset Photopolymer stamp set, is available to order now in my online store!
The clear material of the clear stamps is photopolymer. That is the technical term. For the rest of us the term is totally clear stamps!
For years Stampin' Up! had received requests for clear stamps. They said they would not offer them until they could provide a good, crisp image. A couple of years ago they introduced clear mount stamps as a compromise. Still their high quality rubber stamps to be mounted on reusable, clear blocks. We were thrilled!
You could not see through the clear stamps, but we had the advantages of lower cost per stamp set, less space to store and the ability to see through the stamp block.
Now during the trial basis, we will be able to see through our Stampin' Up! stamps! And, the cost is even lower than clear mount stamps are. The set of 57 stamps is only $13.95! That is less than 3 cents a stamp! Can I get a woo-hoo?!
