Godby (God-be) with Us Stamper PAT RAU made a pretty handmade Stampin' Up! Dressed Up card. Even though she purchased the All Dressed Up Bundle that includes the All Dressed Up stamp set and Dressed Up Framelits, for this card she used just the Framelits Dies. With her choice of background paper, the Framelits were all she needed.
What is especially notable is how Miss Pat used both of the dress Framelits dies. The second one is peeking out along the neckline. Really like that and will use her idea.
For the flowers, Miss Pat used both the stamp set and Framelits Dies from the Secret Garden Bundle. Looks like about four stamped and die-cut flowers that have been distressed to meld right in with the look of the card.
