I’m a card maker, mail a lot of thank you cards, but am just awful at remembering birthdays. One year I even forgot my husband’s birthday, on Christmas Eve. Another year I forgot a friend’s birthday – the same day as mine. Sad, but true. Thankfully some forgive my lapse and bless me with beautiful handmade birthday cards.
If I recognize the stamp set or accessories, they will be listed. Otherwise, just enjoy the thoughtfulness of the work that went into my birthday cards.
Beverly’s card was made with the Stampin’ Up! Secret Garden stamp set and die-cut with the Secret Garden Framelits. Pretty, pretty.
Just adorable. Love polka dots.
From my gal who does not ribbon if you have to tie a knot or bow. She has found a work-a-round.
Same classic template as the card above, different paper. The paper is from the beautiful, new Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper. The “Birthday Wishes” greeting from the Stampin’ Up! Bring on the Cake stamp set.
Owned this stamp set and the name is escaping me. I’ve asked for help from my peeps on my Stamping Smiles page on Facebook. I’ll update you if one of our memories kicks in.
Okay ladies. I am off to dinner with my husband and parents and taking the evening off.
Say “happy birthday” with a handmade birthday card!
