Look at that chin on the witch from Stampin’ Up! Halloween Hello Stamp Set. Does she not look oddly familiar? Perhaps the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz? I remember the nightmare that night as a very young girl the first time I saw the movie.
This handmade Halloween card from the Founder’s Circle swap will not leave you scared with the big smile on her face.
Like the moon? All you need to do is place a die-cut circle (with either a punch or die) on a piece of Whisper White Card Stock first die-cut with the Top Note Bigz Die. The brayer over the entire piece with Island Indigo Classic Stampin’ Pad ink. Remove the die-cut circle and have a beautiful moon. Looks like she sponged some Basic Black Classic Stampin’ Pad ink around the outside, coming up into the piece a good bit too. The black clouds were most likely done with a torn Post-It Note. Love the eerie look it provides.
The brayer also come into play for the Chevron embossed background in Basic Black Stampin’ Pad ink. How do you like the coordinating Basic Black Chevron Ribbon behind the greeting?
