Love Christmas. Love poinsettias. Thought I did not love the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Christmas Stamp Set. And then I got this card in the swap. No two ways about it, this is my absolute favorite card from the swap.
Just gorgeous! The artist stamped the large poinsettia on a Window Sheet with StazOn ink because it will dry on non-porous surfaces. I did not see her make the card, but I expect that she then colored the backside with Sharpie Markers. They, too, will dry on non-porous surfaces.
Tried to capture the beauty in a picture. The Window Sheets add such a touch of class. What makes this card is the Dazzling Diamonds glitter on the back. Here is a closer shot as I try to grab the magic for you.
Black is not your usual go to color for Christmas cards. It is perfect for this handmade Christmas card. There is not one thing I would change. Love, love, love this card.
If you love this card even half as much as I do, you then will want to make these for your Christmas cards. All done for this year? Then you are designed for next year. 🙂 You will find all the stamping supplies to make this card in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com.

Stamping Smiles,
The Stampin’ Up! Joyful Christmas Stamp Set is from the 2013 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog. Very few Christmas stamp sets carry over after the end of the catalog sales period. You will be able to purchase the Joyful Christmas Stamp Set through January 2, 2014. Beyond that is unlikely and anyone’s guess.
