No, my handmade card with the Stampin’ Up! Perfect Pennants Stamp Set is not dirty. It does have a lot of white space that you think of for a clean and simple card. What is not clean are the ends of the inked areas and edges of Retro Fresh Designer Series Washi Tape. For that reason, we are calling it a quick but not so clean card.
