Stampin’ Up! Perfect Pennants for a Valentine’s Day

Make a quick Valentine’s card with the Stampin’ Up! Perfect Pennants Stamp Set (#133230) and Hearts Collection Framelits Dies (125599). 

My favorite part of the card is the vellum layer with silver hearts.  The vellum is one of the three patterns in the Silver Fancy Foil Designer Vellum Sheets (133364).

Like the added touches of silver?  The stripes across the bottom were made with one of the stamps from the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set.  The stripes were stamped with the Silver Metallic Encore Pad (#132142).  The 1/8″ Silver Ribbon (#132137) carried over from the Holiday Catalog and is also included the 2014 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog.
