It took a couple of days before realizing the “woo-hoo!” stamp was not part of the Stampin’ Up! Baby, We’ve Grown Stamp Set. Woo-hoo is pretty much what you would expect an owl to say. But, the “woo-hoo!” stamp is from the new Stampin’ Up! Just Sayin’ Stamp Set. The Just Sayin’ Stamp Set also has coordinating Framelits. This cute card from my upline shows you can use the stamp set with or without the Word Bubbles Framelits Dies #132968.
The adorableness of this handmade card is only equaled on how quick it is to make. The artist made it especially quick by not coloring the owls. And it works with the splashes of color supplied by the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper #132993.
To stretch the designer papers for multiple cards of the same design, do like the artist of this card. She cuts her paper to 4″ wide to get three rows per 12″ x 12″ sheet instead of only two if she were to cut for edge to edge coverage of 4-1/4″ wide. When making multiples of the same card, finding those little tricks will save you money.
One more thing about the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper, the brown in it is Baked Brown Sugar. Yet the 3/8″ Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon #122967 looks great with it.
Baby, We’ve Grown Stamp Set wood mount #133086 / clear mount #133089 is from the 2014 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog. The same is true of the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper and Just Sayin’ Stamp Set wood mount #133200 / clear mount #133203 and coordinating Word Bubble Framelits #132968. A few products from the seasonal catalogs are available after the catalog ends. Will any of these products carry over? Your guess is as good as mine. What I do know is, if you would like to purchase any of them, you will be wise to go ahead and order them know in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com.
