Many of us were very excited at the news of sometime-in-the-near future-getting to have alcohol markers in Stampin’ Up! colors. The wait of when can we get our hands on them has been torturous. Okay, that may be just a touch dramatic. 🙂 But, we really, really want to know.
Finally there is more than speculation to report. Six of the 12 colors will be available with the release of the 2014-2015 Stampin’ Up! Catalog. The six colors are Cherry Cobbler, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry.
Also available on June 2 will be the Skin Tone Blendabilites, the Memento Ink Pad & Refill and Color Lifter. The dates of the remaining six colors has not been announced.
While waiting for June 2, we still have the Retiring Stamp Sets and Retiring Accessories Lists. They will be released on April 21, 2014. That will give us a little time to order any stamp sets or accessories we want before they retire. Just a heads up, accessories are while supplies last only. Ink refills of retiring colors tend to be the first to sell out. This year we should only see the 2012-2014 In Colors on the Retiring Accessories List. Many of my customers are getting savvy and have already ordered their ink refills and have stocked up on the card stock.
That’s a wise move. Just got off the phone with a sweet customer. She was telling me how expensive retired card stock colors are selling on eBay. Once the supply becomes scarce, the price goes up. You can avoid that by ordering any of the retiring 2012-2014 In Color products before the list is even released in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com.
