The Stampin’ Up! Mosaic Madness Stamp Set has been a popular with a lot of my customers. The framed art piece in the 2013-2014 Stampin’ Up! Catalog inspired my stamping friend, Darlene Handy, to take the idea and make a handmade card with it.
The paper filling the frame is one of the patterns from the Quatrefancy Specialty Designer Series Paper. As we move closer to the April 21 date of the release Retiring Accessories, designer papers rarely are carried over into the next annual catalog. Not only do they not carry over, there is not usually another paper collection that coordinates specifically with the stamp set. Keep that in mind if you like the paper so you order it before it retires.
One thing that draws us to the artwork is the 3D element of the folded mosaic pieces. Our cardmaker added that element to her handmade card too.

Based on the popularity of the Mosaic Madness Stamp Set, my guess is that it will carry over to the next annual catalog. While it is not an absolute, the rule of thumb of designer paper not making it, I do not expect the Quatrefancy Designer Series Paper to be included in the next catalog.
