Remember my May thank you card? In not, see the card and video tutorial on how to make it. The Stampin’ Up! Gingham Garden card you see here was the first card I made with the Floral Frames Framelits using this layout.
The flower paper is from the retiring Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper. Many pretty patterns. It’s being retired from the Stampin’ Up! 2013-2014 Catalog. It has my favorite green, Pear Pizzzazz. How do can anyone resist pretty flowers, gingham and Pear Pizzazz? Pretty soon you won’t have to because it will be retired and gone for good. It’s only available through June 4 or while supplies last.
Speaking of retiring, so is the Island Indigo Baker’s Twine tied around the card and hold the “Sending Many Thanks” saying from the Petite Pairs Stamp Set. Only one or two colors in the Baker’s Twine is being retired. I used the Island Indigo a lot and was surprised to see it on the list. Wish it wasn’t so.
Then I used the same template but instead with the lovely Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper from the 2014 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog. How pretty is this?!
The Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper is also slated for the salt mines. It is the prettiest paper collection ever. But, it’s available only through June 1.
