Border stamps – you just gotta love them. As I wrote in a blog post last week, they’re great for adding a finishing touch or can be used for a clean and simple card. Here’s another example of the second with the new Stampin’ Up! Chalk Lines Stamp Set.
“You did it” is from the also new Stampin’ Up! Bravo Stamp Set. I believe I just recently posted at how pleasantly surprised at how much I’ve used this stamp set already. Even though it seemed like it was intended for one specific purpose, I’ve used it for several occasions. Of course! Encouragement cards is the common denominator!
That’s exactly what my upline did when she made and sent me this Chalk Lines card. She was congratulating me on being in her top 20 demonstrators for the month of May. As I sit here in my craft room doing my thing, writing newsletters and blog posts, recording videos, sharing with my customers and downline, it’s nice to get a simple card that says “I noticed.”
Training and guiding my downline is a tremendous joy for me. I spend a lot of time providing one-on-one training in addition to the group trainings and 26 week training course I developed. My downline are encouraged to call or email with any questions or get advice on specific areas of their stamping businesses. I’m quick to respond because that’s how I would want to be treated.
Just this morning I was overjoyed for my downline who just earned the title and honor of Rising Star! She’s worked hard, put in the time and consistency to grow a successful, profitable stamping business while earning a title few do in their first full year of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I’m so very proud of her! What an honor it has been to part of the journey.
