Today I’m demonstrating for you a handmade card that is a not so White Christmas card with the new Stampin’ Up! White Christmas Stamp Set.   The White Christmas stamp set is from the 2014 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog that just started today!  Did you see my post yesterday when I showed you four different ways to position the stand of trees in the White Christmas Stamp Set?  In that video I promised a fun card today.  This is it!  Watch to see how I made my fun fall card.

My friend Pat Pawlowski introduced my to Flower Soft when she made a beautiful calendar with the Lovely as a Tree Stamp Set.  I was excited to try it with the larger trees stamp in the new White Christmas Stamp Set.  Also appealing about this trees stamp is the hill is already there for me.  That made is so very easy to fill in with the Flower Soft. My not a white Christmas card was quick to make.  Adding the Color Me Autumn Designer Washi Tape was a breeze and added a nice decorative touch.  If you haven’t tried washi tape yet, I encourage you to purchase some and give it a try.  you can be neat or tear it off for ragged edges.  Both looks are great, it just depends on the desired overall look how you use it. Did you watch long enough to see my stepped up card?  I added a couple more embellishments. Stampin' Up! White Christmas card idea Am very pleased with the new 1/4 Cotton Ribbon.  It is soft and ties nicely into a bow.  My favorite feature of the ribbon is its lack of personality.  That doesn’t sound nice, but it truly is a compliment.  Because it isn’t cutesy or elegant, it will work with both project styles.  That’s probably the first time being described as no personality is a good thing. 🙂 The other added embellishment is the new Autumn Wooden Elements.  The wood is very light.  It won’t add to the postage when you mail your handmade cards.  Simply attached it with a couple of Mini Glue Dots. I’ve pointed out a couple of the products used to make my fall White Christmas card.  All the supplies are pictured and listed below and ready to be ordered in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com.  Be sure to add the Stampin’ Up! White Christmas Stamp Set to your order for fall and Christmas cards! Not so White Christmas Card Supplies
