Making good-looking postcards takes a little finesse because you can’t have any layers to get caught in the mail sorting machine. Today I’m going to show you how to make beautiful fall invitation postcards in merely seconds with the Stampin’ Up! Letterpress Winter and For All Things Stamp Sets!
If the video is not displaying properly, watch my Letterpress Winter and For All Things card tutorial here.
Masking is such a cool technique. It’s always exciting to pull off the mask to reveal what’s underneath. Masking let the Letterpress Winter frame “sit” on top of the leaves giving us the look of a layer without adding a layer. Sure makes for a pretty one-layer only card.
Letterpress Winter and For All Things Stamp Sets are both from the 2014 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog. If you want to order either or both of these stamp sets, remember that tomorrow, September 30, is the last day to redeem your discount on all your Holiday Catalog purchases in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com for correctly answering my Holiday Catalog Contest question!
