If I only used my Paper-Piercing Tool for paper-piercing Paper Piercing Tooldie-cuts with one of the coordinating templates, my Paper-Piercing Tool would be stored with the templates and wouldn’t get lost. Probably.

But I want it at my fingertips because it gets used for several other ways. It is so handy for picking up self-adhesive embellishments like the new White Perfect Accents, Basic Pearl Jewels and Basic Rhinestone Jewels. Trying to hang onto a tiny embellishment with your fingers and then place it can make you feel like all thumbs. The tip of the Paper-Piercing Tool slips easily underneath, sticks and is then easily to place.

Have you ever adhered one cardstock layer to another and wished you had used another Mini Glue Dot or two? If you pull the cardstock apart you risk bending it, tearing it and will certainly have to replace all the Mini Glue Dots. Instead, use your Paper-Piercing Tool tip to slip under a Mini Glue Dot and then in between the two layers.

I’ve also used it to slide between two layers of cardstock to gently pry them apart because I didn’t have it even or changed my mind. It does a great job of sliding along the edge and has saved a lot of cardstock and time.

Because it’s a tool I use all the time, I move it from table to table and always seemed to be searching for it. So, want to know how I finally quit losing it? I ordered a second one!

Paper-Piercing Tools

Naturally, the first one always seems to be right there. The second one hasn’t been opened. And worth every penny of the $4.

If you already have a Paper-Piercing Tool and want to stop misplacing it, order a second one in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com. If you have not yet purchased this useful tool, order two!

If your paper-piercing tool is all metal, you’ll like the plastic handle on the Stampin’ Up! Paper-Piercing Tool. It’s more comfortable to hold onto as you use to paper-pierce or to pick up self-adhesive embellishments and adhesive dots.
