Stampin’ Up! You’re Sublime for a toadally awesome card!

Sometimes light and fun is just what is needed. With the Stampin’ Up! You’re Sublime Stamp Set you’ll be making greeting cards for the lighter side. Watch my video tutorial to see how to make a clean and simple card that is toadally awesome with the oh-so-cute You’re Sublime toad (looks like a frog to me) stamp.

So very happy that Stampin’ Up! had made available the Thick Whisper White Cardstock in 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheets. We had it available for the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes, but it was very much needed for the popular clean and simple card bases.

It’s an added bonus that it’s better for watercoloring too. Watercolor Paper is designed for watercoloring, but there times you want the crisp white of Whisper White.

It was said in the video tutorial, but how perfect is it the imperfect polka dots of the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder to coordinate with the also slightly mis-shaped dots on the toad? It’s just another example of the beautiful coordination you get with Stampin’ Up! stamps and accessories.

Which, of course, includes the cardstock and ink. The colors coordinate instead of clash which is pleasing to the eye.
