Halloween treat bag idea for next year

It’s time to move on from Halloween projects for this year, but not before I show you a Halloween treat bag idea you’ll want to make for next year.

Every detail about this Halloween treat bag is fabulous. The large trick or treat stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Witches’ Night Stamp Set, the incredibly popular Spider Web Doilies and the touch of 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon and Happy Haunting Designer Series Paper.

But my absolute favorite embellishment is that witch’s hat! Wait until you see how it was made.

It starts with punching an 1″ circle in Black Glimmer Paper with the 1″ Circle Punch. Then center the the 1″ hole in the center of the 2-1/2″ Circle Punch. You’ve created the brim of the hat.
