Cute Christmas gift idea for her

My candy rolls have a tasty treat inside – Luscious Lip Smacker flavored lip gloss! It’s advertised as the “Best Flavor Forever”. It truly does taste good.

My original plan was to use Life Savers candy rolls. Who knew it’s virtually impossible to find Life Savers rolls in the stores? My girlfriend was quite certain we’d find them in Christmas candy aisle in the Life Savers books. Remember those? My girlfriend was wrong.

Funny thing is I’m glad I couldn’t find them. The Lip Smacker is a nice inexpensive and cute Christmas gift for her or stocking stuffer.

The Lip Smackers pictured were chosen over the smaller ones, similar in size to Chapstick, for the size. My concern was with the small Chapstick size rolls the pretty patterns would be lost. I found the lip gloss at Rite Aid. If you cannot find it in your local pharmacy or discount store, I found packages of two available at a reasonable price with no shipping on Amazon.

Having different Christmas patterns that coordinate would look especially attractive in a basket to be used as you hand them out. It’s also a great way to stretch a package of Designer Series Paper. With the paper wrapper measuring only 3-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ means you can get a lot of candy wrappers out of one 12″ x 12″ package of Season of Cheer Designer Series Paper.
