Glitter is so pretty but seems to get everywhere. A friend would always say everytime she uses glitter she finds it even in her underwear. Maybe a bit of an exaggeration (you think?), but it does seem to get everywhere.
That was until Wink of Stella Glitter Brushes! Now you can add glitter as quick as a wink to your cards!
Are you an instruction reader? Or are you like me and just want to skip that part and start playing with your new toys? I’m always guilty of not reading directions, until it becomes absolutely necessary.
The Wink of Stella Glitter Brush has “Push” embossed on two sides of the brush. And push I did. Decided to shake it good and pushed again. A big fat nothing. Okay, time to read the directions.
See that black ring? It has to be removed.
Unscrew the cartridge, remove the black ring and replace. You’re then ready to push on the sides to get the ink down to the brush.
The description reads for accenting stamped images. I can see that. It would be pretty. But what about cardstock? I used the Gold Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to color the Rose Red die-cut Bloomin Heart.
It brushes on very easily and dries quickly. It’s impressive stuff.
Here’s a side-by-side comparison of one of the die-cut Bloomin’ Hearts with the Gold Wink of Stella and one without.
The picture doesn’t capture how pretty it really is. Although, it looks quite lovely on my Bloomin’ Love card.
