Thinlits dies offer intricate designs that are irresistible. But getting out all those die-cut little bits and pieces used to be a big headache.

Big Shot Die-Cut BrushUsed to be because we now have the Big Shot Die Brush!
It doesn’t get much more intricate than the beautiful new Bloomin’ Heart Thinlits Die. The perfect die to test the new Big Shot Brush.

My test started with using the Precision Base Plate introduced in the Holiday Catalog and available still in the Occasions Catalog. The Precision Base Plate was designed specifically for intricate Thinlits Dies. It provides a cleaner cut than the using the Multipurpose Platform or my much loved Magnetic Platform.

After running your thin metal die through your Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, place the die paper side down on the foam pad included with the purchase of the Big Shot Die Brush. Brush over top of the die. The fat handle is comfortable to
hold, much like the OXO kitchen gadgets.

The die-cut bits and pieces stay on the mat. Any that did not are easily pushed out with our finger.
