The answer is Classic Stampin’ Pad Ink Refills! Mix with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to color in any Stampin’ Up! color of your choice!Shake your glitter brush then squeeze a small amount onto a non-porous surface. I used a clear-mount block.
Add a drop of ink refill color.
Blend with tip of Wink of Stella Brush.
Brush onto your cardstock.
Adding ink refill to Wink of Stella did not cause the stamped images to run or blur. Yeah!
