How do you make a spooky Halloween card with the 
beautiful Thoughtful Branches Bundle? You take the two bird dies from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Branches Thinlits Dies and think of Hitchcock’s The Birds movie, that’s how.
The Birds movie didn’t have a few birds, it had A LOT of birds. It takes a lot of birds to send a chill down your spine. The birds in the movie are crows. The bird stamps and dies in the limited-edition Thoughtful Branches Bundle are round and cute. So, we’re calling them black birds. A tree overflowing with black birds, even cute ones, will give you the creeps too!
Lots and lots of birds is just part of the formula for a creepy Halloween card. You also need a spooky sky. The sky was created by sponging Crushed Curry Classic Stampin’ Pad ink along the bottom of a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock, followed by sponging Perfect Plum ink above that and then Elegant Eggplant ink to the top. I would have used my Sponge Brayers but they were still wet from making my Thoughtful Branches Christmas card.
And you absolutely have to have a moon with clouds floating in front of it.
