Today, February 21, 2017, Stampin’ Up! added 
three new additions to the 2017 Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration special. I’m showing off two with my clean and simple Stampin’ Up! Reverse Words cards.
The most obvious is the Reverse Words Stamp Set. The word is the negative image, meaning the word is recessed into the rubber stamp and will not take ink. The word will remain the same color as the cardstock (Sweet Sugarplum) with the watercolor image surrounding it the color used to stamp it. Or, in the case of my clean and simple handmade card, the white embossed color.
The second new 2017 Sale-a-bration item is the 6″ x 6″ Glimmer Paper Assortment Pack. It comes in three colors – Sweet Sugarplum (above), Mint Macaron
and Bermuda Bay.
They’re all so pretty on my monochromatic cards! Monochromatic means one color or shades of one color. Stampin’ Up!’s color coordinating products make it so easy to create handsome monochromatic cards.
With this close-up, you see Mint Macaron Cardstock. Mint Macaron Glimmer Paper (from the 6″ x 6″ Glimmer Paper Assortment Pack) and Mint Macaron striped paper (from the 2016-2018 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack).
So simple, so attractive. My favorite handmade card designs.
