The 2017 Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Inside the Lines 
Designer Series Paper reminds me quite a bit of the popular adult coloring books.
As I wrote about in my post with a hand-made greeting card made with the tropical pattern from the Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper, when you’re done coloring, you can use it to make a card.
A friend was over stamping with me, she loves to color. So, I asked if she’d color in a piece of the poppy-like flowers and make a card. Didn’t it turn out lovely? She used the Watercolor Pencils to color and smoothed the pencil lines with a Blender Pen.
She was a bit surprised that the Real Red watercolor pencil looked more orange than red to her. I shared that I found if I wanted a deep red I had to add more color. She added more and loved it. So do I! The upside is you get with light color an orange and deep color red. It’s like two watercolor pencils in one. 🙂
