Stampin’ Up! Reverse Words Card Tutorial Video

The greeting stamps in the Stampin’ Up! Reverse Words Stamp Set are negative images. Some of my stampers did not quite understand how reverse image stamps work. Reverse image is one of my favorite looks. Watch my tutorial to see how to make my pretty Stampin’ Up! Reverse Words card in spring colors.

The “cheers” greeting is in Flirty Flamingo because that’s the color of the cardstock. If you stamped it with Dapper Denim Classic Stampin’ Pad ink on Whisper White Cardstock, the greeting will be white surrounded by Dapper Denim ink. 

When stamping on colored cardstock, such as Flirty Flamingo, I recommend embossing the image. Colored ink on colored cardstock (other than the same color or sometimes black) often changes the ink color to something less than desired.
